IV° Corso di Formazione Superiore per addetti delle aziende siderurgiche

L'Icsim, Istituto per la Cultura e la Storia d'Impresa "Franco Momigliano" di Terni, comunica che sono aperte le iscrizioni per la quarta edizione dello SteelMaster, il corso di alta formazione organizzato in collaborazione con il Centro Sviluppo Materiali (CSM) e rivolto a coloro che operano nelle aziende del settore siderurgico e a coloro che abbiano interesse a comprendere quanto accade nel mondo della siderurgia, italiana ed europea. Lo scopo del Corso è quello di fornire ai partecipanti una conoscenza globale delle problematiche che caratterizzano il settore della siderurgia. Tipologie di utenti: managers, tecnici, sindacalisti, funzionari di istituzioni ed enti, neolaureati.

Modalità di svolgimento:

Le lezioni si svolgeranno dall'11 all'15 settembre 2000 e dal 16 al 20 ottobre 2000 a Villalago di Piediluco (Tr), splendida dimora ottocentesca, dove i partecipanti al Master verranno ospitati per tutta la durata del Corso.

Consiglio Direttivo - Orario delle lezioni

Il Corso è riservato ad un numero massimo di 20 persone che, alla scadenza del bando, siano in possesso di almeno due dei seguenti requisiti:

diploma di Laurea (qualsiasi disciplina); questo requisito non è vincolante nel caso in cui il candidato abbia maturato una valida esperienza professionale o sindacale;
esperienza di lavoro in aziende del settore siderurgico o settori affini, in organizzazioni sindacali, associazioni di categoria ed Enti pubblici collegati con la siderurgia;
Interesse ad acquisire una formazione specialistica per operare nelle aziende siderurgiche o per operare nelle Istituzioni ed Enti che hanno rapporti con aziende del settore (funzionari di ASL, di Associazioni Industriali, di Assessorati, acc.).

Il Corso avrà luogo se verrà raggiunto un numero minimo di 15 partecipanti.

In these last years, the sector of national and international Steel industry has been characterized by many meaningful structural changements. The privatisations, the coming up to the productive scene of important new leading characters, the internationalisation of businesses, the market globalisation, the evolution of technology and of the steel products has helped to produce a stronger competiton. This competiton has pushed the more important steel Industry groups towards a more specialized production.

These radical changements, occured in a small lapse of time, have forced the firms and their human resourses to undergo a strong effort of adaptation to the new conditions imposed by the market. The new scene has showned to the managers, to the technicians and the trade unionists how important it was to have a broader vision of the steel industry sector and a deeper knowledge of the many problems related to this kind of industrial compartment.

From these considerations comes the need of a superior formation course for those who work in these businesses. Together with the experience on the field the courses will allow to have a global vision of the sector in which the firms are operating. This will represent for them a true competitive advantage. This global vision is recovered with the historical reconstruction of the industry ambient in wich it has operated until now but also with the acquisition of the latest scientific knowledge and of the latest management techniques. All this will be provided by university professors, european institutions officers, business excecutives and trade union experts.
